Mr.Lu Zhongzhong, the chairman of Qingdao Anhua New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., published a report on "The great things did by the small wind power under the dual carbon goals", proposing that small wind power, as an indispensable part of the entire new energy, should actively participate in the integration of wind, sun, water, and fire storage. In the process of integrating the load, net, power source and storage, the main directions of innovation include optimizing and increasing the hours number of power generation and reducing the cost of the system, increasing the return on investment; realizing the maintenance-free and low-maintenance, simple maintenance process, low investment and so on.
At the meeting, Chairman Lu also raised several issues that need to be solved urgently in the small wind power industry, such as the lack of clear guidelines for the approval process for grid tied system, the lack of the decentralized wind power management for the small wind power projects, and the lack of guidance on low-voltage side grid tied documents and corresponding procedures, guidance plans, etc., and then gave their own suggestions. Participants actively contributed their suggestions and reached a consensus at the meeting. The leaders of the association stated that they would communicate with the Energy Bureau, the grid company and other relevant departments as soon as possible, to strive them to publish the clear guidance document for small wind power on grid system, to promote the promotion and application of small wind power system.
