“The Belt and Road” is the abbreviation of "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" . On March 28, 2015, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the “Vision and Action for Promoting the Joint Construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road”. The policy aims to fully rely on the existing bilateral and multilateral mechanisms between China and relevant countries, and to actively develop economic partnerships with countries along the route through existing and effective regional cooperation platforms, so as to jointly create political mutual trust, economic integration, and cultural tolerance. The "Belt and Road" strategic cooperation of the interests community, fate community, and responsibility community is based on economic and trade cooperation. To follow the spirit of peace and cooperation, openness, inclusiveness, mutual learning, and mutual benefit, this policy advocate a variety of competent economic communities, corporations, industries, organizations, and institutions to take the initiative to establish a transport infrastructure with countries along the route. Cooperation in areas such as trade, investment, energy cooperation, regional integration, and internationalization of the renminbi.
Under the above policy background, ANE gives full play to the corporate social responsibility, responds to the call of the national policy, and combines the company’s own product and technology advantages to actively participate in the “the Belt and Road” construction team
Under the premise of fully considering the characteristics of the company's own products, technical characteristics, and service characteristics, ANE chooses the south line of “ the belt and road” as the start breakthrough, especially cooperating with our local partner in Nepal to start the cooperation and to take part in the construction!
Combining with the spirit and operation guide of the Belt and Road, since June 26th,2014, ANE, our local partner in Nepal, Government of Nepal, Ministry of Population and Environment, Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC) and Asian Development Bank(ADB) etc started to build the wind and solar hybrid off grid power stations or micro/mini grid power stations in the rural and remote area in Nepal. And more and more bigger new energy power stations are in constructing .
The built ones mostly locate at the rural and remote area of North of Nepal. Such as the area of Achham District；Harrekanda；Panchthar District，Sindhuli District；Bajhang District； Palpa District etc. And now, except the built ones, much more copied projects are going to the central and south area of Nepal. As the unofficial data record, the total annual generation of the built new energy power stations have been over 1,160,000kWh (1.16GWh), the user homes quantity is over 1,800 families. The directly people who enjoy the electricity by new energy power system has came to 10,000.
